A group of 4 friends that attend Peace and Hope school go on 4 regular adventures at school exploring their abilities despite their disabilities and learning just how much they can each do on their own.

In the first story a child with cerebral palsy is given the responsibility to take care of his new toy, excited about the responsibility he ventures out into school and we get a glimpse into the life of a child with cerebral palsy in a special school.

The second story focuses on Bobo who is a child that has down syndrome, children with down syndrome tend to have a positive relationship with water which is showcased on this story and his desire to go to the beach.

The third story is about Sally who has spina bifida and therefore has problems with coordination amongst other things. Those issues are highlighted and her abilities are shown in this book.

The final story about Pam who is a deaf young lady that enjoys various activities including baking, this story highlights her challenges in the home education class and how she overcomes those challenges.
